Her ship is attacked at various times by the Cardassians but each time a mysterious ship suddenly appears and aids her. Written in 2000, enlarged in Dec 2002.
City Of The Silent Rating: G Summary: Chakotay and Janeway unwittingly visit a planet considered a sacred shrine and when this fact is discovered on the next planet, are punished for this crime, with Chakotay's mind being returned to that of a three year old boy. Janeway willingly cares for him in their small cell while the crew of Voyager desperately tries to find a way through that city's shields.

I Don't Want No Stinkin' Legend Rating: PG Summary: With Paris being held captive and Janeway unable to obtain his release, she and Chakotay discuss possible means of rescuing him. Chakotay starts to mention the answer and Janeway rudely cuts him off, saying his legends are a bunch of useless information. Chakotay, very hurt, walks out and won't speak to her.

Book 1: I Would Die For You Rating: PG Summary: Voyager has entered forbidden space and is surrounded by alien ships, who refuse to let Voyager leave until one crewman has been sacrificed to appease the Gods. Chakotay volunteers to be that sacrifice.
Book 2: The Trial Part 1 Part 2 Rating: PG Summary: Captain Janeway, now facing charges from Starfleet searches for a Lawyer. However, once her court martial commences, she is not only placed in jail and separated from Chakotay, but the Prosecution produces witnesses whose testimony concerns her. When the trial comes to an end, Kathryn is stunned by what happens when the verdict is announced.
Book 3: The Awakening And Redemption Rating: PG Summary: As the meaning of the trial's verdict registers on Kathryn she takes action against Starfleet, resulting in a murdered Admiral and she and Chakotay being forced into hiding, only to be found and once again faced with dire consequences.
Book 4: Reprisal Rating: PG Summary: Somebody, angry at Kathryn for disrupting Admiral Branson's takeover of Starfleet, decides to exact revenge on Kathryn. She suddenly disappears and can't be located.
Book 5: The Law Of Nature Rating: PG Summary: With Kathryn and Chakotay having to leave Earth and go into hiding for their own protection, her three lawyers are sent to Romulus to defend a Starfleet Lt accused of spying. They secretly keep in touch with Janeway, pay a surprise visit to them after leaving Romulus, and vow they will remove the subversive element once and for all so it will be safe for she and Chakotay to one day return to Earth.
